What Is a Fiscal Calendar?

A fiscal calendar defines the start and end dates of your organisation's financial year. It is the foundation for generating fiscal periods (months or quarters) and controlling when transactions can be posted.

INFO

Most organisations use a January–December or July–June fiscal year. PinkApple supports any start/end date combination.

After Creating a Calendar

Once a fiscal calendar is created, you need to generate fiscal periods for it. See Fiscal Periods.

Multiple Calendars

You can have multiple fiscal calendars for different business units. This supports organisations where different branches or subsidiaries operate on different fiscal years.
