The Performance page manages employee performance review cycles and appraisals.
Navigation: HR → Talent → Performance Reviews
Performance Review Cycles
A review cycle defines the period and structure for performance evaluations:

| Cycle Name | e.g., "2025 Annual Review" |
| Review Period | Start and end date of the evaluation period |
| Review Type | Annual, mid-year, quarterly, probation |
| Status | Draft, active, completed |
Creating a Review Cycle
- Navigate to HR → Talent → Performance Reviews
- Click Create Review Cycle
- Set the cycle name, period, and type
- Define review criteria — the competencies or KPIs being evaluated
- Submit
Conducting Reviews
- Managers receive notification when a review cycle is active
- For each direct report, the manager completes the review form:
- Rate each criterion (e.g., 1–5 scale)
- Provide comments and feedback
- Set goals for the next period
- Submit the review
- The employee can view their completed review
Review Workflow
Cycle Created → Active → Reviews Submitted → CompletedReviews may include:
- Self-assessment — Employee rates their own performance
- Manager assessment — Direct manager's evaluation
- Peer feedback — Optional input from colleagues
- Final rating — Consolidated score
